CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify The Artist's Loft by phone or text at 978-201-5159 as soon as possible to reschedule. In the best interest of the livelihood of our stylists, shall a no show occur or an appointment be canceled less than 24 hours before an appointment time your card will be charged 50% of the service value for that appointment. Some exceptions may apply, repeat offenders may be banned from booking.
